The Future of Network Creation
The One Mind Compute Network (OMCN) is a decentralized infrastructure initiative designed to return control of digital systems to Indigenous communities. It connects a growing constellation of Modular Data Centres (MDCs) across Indigenous territories—each one locally governed, energy-responsible, and strategically aligned to serve the needs of the people on whose lands they stand.
The network is governed by Nadlii, ensuring all decisions—from ownership to access to innovation—align with Indigenous-led protocols and values. The OMCN is the first step in a larger movement toward digital autonomy, and it is being built in real time.

The New Reality
We are entering a new era of digital power—one that must be claimed, not assumed. The tools of the AI age—compute, storage, and access—are quickly centralizing in the hands of corporations and states. The OMCN disrupts that trend.
By placing data infrastructure directly into the hands of Indigenous Nations and communities, we are creating a system where the benefits of compute are not extracted—they are cultivated, circulated, and protected.
Systems Change Through Governance
The One Mind Compute Network is guided by Nadlii’s Indigenous AI Governance Policy—a living framework rooted in relational accountability and sovereignty.
It sets clear standards for how data is accessed, used, and protected across all levels of the network—from local data centres to cloud partnerships.
This includes:
Cloud Policy – Defines how we engage with partners while protecting Indigenous control.
Bridge Policy – Outlines secure, consent-based conditions for data movement between MDCs and the cloud.
Local Policy – Ensures First Nations maintain full control over their on-site infrastructure and compute power.
What sets this governance apart is how it was created: through Indigenous pedagogy, reciprocity, and deep community-rooted principles.
